Like many women I drag a wallet of a size and weight of a brick with me every day. Okay, maybe not quite like a brick but most of the wallets for women usually are of a bigger and most of the time too big format. The drawback? The chunky thing does not fit into every pocket and makes my baggage a lot heavier. You know that too, right? Out of the question how a more compact format of a wallet that is easy on your pants‘ pocket and offers space for only the bare necessities can be created, feuil was born.
2014 the feuil Original came onto the market followed by the feuil Moitié Moitié. The Moitié Moitié is made of goat leather, which is tanned in Switzerland – in Emmenthal to be exact. My first thought when I held it in my hands? I hope I won’t lose it right away. With the format of a credit card, the feuil holds nicely in one’s hand, fits perfectly into one’s pants pocket, and even in your evening clutch there’s easily space for it. You can store away up to 10 cards in both the Original and the Moitié Moitié. The model Moitié Moitié has an additional pocket in which you can put notes or other small things. After a few weeks of using this tiny wallet, I decided to additionally order the Pièce, which offers space to store your coins in an organized way.
Overall it can be said that using the feuil made it a lot easier to carry around my most important cards and some cash and is addressed to both men and women – especially women like me, who became tired of dragging around a huge wallet.
