On a long-haul flight I think it’s important to make yourself as comfortable as possible. So dressing in sweatpants (or leggings – whatever you prefer) is one of the musts. Also, since my feet tend to swell up when I am sitting for long hours, I highly recommend to invest in a pair of compression socks to support blood circulation. Often it’s quite cold on the plane, which is why I like to bring a scarf to cuddle up. The air tends to be on the drier side which is why I always bring a moisturizing face mist and other moisturizing products to freshen up during the flight. A secret tip is also to dab a little bit of an oil – like the one by De Mamiel – under your nostrils to keep a clear head and energize your mind on the go. Last but not least I like to bring my noise cancelling headphones to either watch a movie or sleep since they cut out so much of the noise within an airplane. Wearing a cuddly travel pillow and a sleep masks supports getting a nice amount of sleep while traveling.
